Terms of service

1. Who we are

stoop is an online shop run by Eduardo Pellegrino, Kastrupvej 69, 2300 København S, Denmark, CVR 45762521. You can reach us at wait@stoop.dog or +45 91 63 33 02.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy from stoop as a consumer. The contract language is English.

3. Our pieces

Every piece at stoop comes from a European brand, and the product page names it. We show each piece as accurately as we can, though colours can look slightly different on your screen. Every photo next to a price shows the real piece. Some pictures elsewhere on the site, like the ones on our category pages, set the mood and don't show pieces we sell. Some of them are made with AI.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We deliver to addresses in Denmark only, and shipping is always free. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers, so we never see your card details.

When you order, the amount is reserved on your card. We only charge it once your whole order has shipped: if it comes in several parcels, that's when the last one leaves the warehouse. If part of your order is delayed or can't be sent, we tell you, and you only pay for what we send. If you cancel before anything ships, we release the reservation straight away.

5. How ordering works

Add pieces to your cart and go to checkout. Fill in your details, choose delivery and payment, and check the summary of your order. Until you press "Pay now", you can go back at any step to fix a typo or change your cart. When you press it, your order is placed. We then email you a confirmation, and that is when the contract between us is made. We keep a copy of your order, and you have it in that email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we tell you straight away and you won't be charged for it.

6. Your copy

With your order confirmation we email you these terms and our Refund policy, with the withdrawal form, so you have your own copy to keep.

7. Delivery

We promise delivery within 10 working days of your order. See our Shipping policy for the details.

8. Your right to cancel

You have 14 days to change your mind. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the bottom of every page, or see our Refund policy for how it works.

9. Faults

You have at least 2 years' legal guarantee under Danish and EU law. The EU notice on your rights is on every product page, and our Refund policy explains how it works.

10. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

11. Personal data

See our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints

Please write to us first; most things get sorted that way. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board through Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Denmark (forbrugereuropa.dk) can help.

13. Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
